It is important to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in your therapist. Therefore I offer a free 15 minute consultation to get an overview of your difficulties to establish if CBT is suitable for your needs and a chance to get to know each other briefly.

Please note: There is no charge for cancellation of 1:1 sessions when more than 48 hours notice is given. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged half rate, if less than 24 hours you will be charged the full rate. Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible.
