Alongside being the owner of MindKindCBT, she is also known as TheFitPsych, helping women to achieve their weight related goals by uniquely tapping into psychology to create long term results sprinkled with self love and a changed mindset.

Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an evidenced based treatment for Depression and various Anxiety disorders. CBT helps us to identify how our negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours may be fuelling our negative emotions and aims to address these by learning strategies and techniques that may be more helpful in the longer term. 

CBT ultimately teaches new life skills that you can carry forward for the rest of your life.


Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is another evidenced based treatment for previous traumas and distressing memories that may be impacting you in the present. 

It is important to ensure that you feel safe and confident in your therapist, therefore I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to check that what I offer is suitable for your needs and for you to ask any questions. If suitable, then we can book for a full assessment session to understand your needs at a deeper level and establish the correct focus to guide our treatment and make it unique to you.
